Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything you buy from us, for any reason. Return shipping is free.

How to return

Email ruben.ganzerli@gmail.com with your order number. We reply with a prepaid return label within one business day. Pack the item, attach the label, hand it to the carrier.

Your refund

We refund the full amount you paid, including any shipping you were charged, to the original payment method. We do it within 14 days of receiving the item back, and usually within two business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Condition

Return the item in a condition that allows us to sell it again. You are free to open the package and try the bands — that is the point of a trial. We only ask that they come back clean and undamaged.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo. We replace it or refund you in full, and you do not need to send anything back.

Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel any order that has not yet shipped. Email us and we cancel and refund it the same day.

EU and UK consumers

Your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery is unaffected, and so is the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. The 30-day window above is in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
