Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery times

United States: 7-15 business days.
Italy and the European Union: 7-15 business days.

These are working days and do not include the processing time above. Carrier delays, customs inspections and public holidays can extend them.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we sell to. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped to the United States are sent as a direct import. Any duty or import charge, where one applies, is our responsibility and not yours — you will never be asked to pay a courier on delivery.

Wrong or undeliverable address

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we reship it once at no cost. Write to us and we will fix it.
