These terms govern every purchase made on this store. Please read them before ordering.

1. Who you are buying from

2. When the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order we tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include any tax we are required to charge. Shipping is free. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. We do not store your card details; they are handled by our payment provider.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Your right to change your mind

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

We extend this voluntarily: you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free. The item should be in a condition that allows resale.

To start a return, email us at ruben.ganzerli@gmail.com with your order number. We reply with a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the goods back.

7. Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Consumers in the European Union have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, tell us and we replace or refund it at our cost.

8. Use of the product

Resistance bands are exercise equipment. Inspect them before each use and stop using a band that shows nicks, tears or thinning. Never stretch a band towards your face. If you have a medical condition, ask a doctor before starting any new training.

9. Governing law

Italian law governs these terms. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
